Eligible Countries

We accept returns and exchanges exclusively within the United States.

Return & Exchange Conditions

• Product Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, free of stains/odors, and returned in their original packaging with all tags attached.

• Defective or Damaged Apparel: Returns are accepted for both damaged/defective products and customer remorse (wrong size, color, or change of mind).

• Return Window: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days from the verified delivery date.

How to Initiate a Return

1. Email our support team at contact@nestrovano.store with your order number and the reason for the return.

2. Upon approval, we will email you a prepaid, downloadable return shipping label.

3. Securely pack the clothing and attach the label, then drop the package off at the designated carrier location.

Return Fees

• Return Shipping: Return shipping is FREE for all orders when using our authorized prepaid return label.

• Restocking Fees: There are NO restocking fees ($0.00).

Refund Processing

• Inspection: Once received at our facility, returned garments are inspected within 2 business days.

• Credit: Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
